Maunder Praise the Lord, O Jerusalem Total 54:19	Gothenburg Cathedral Boy choir Birgitta Persson - Conductor Ingemar Edgren - Piano In the spring of 1962 Birgitta Persson,Director of Music, had her first meeting with Conny Edlund, at that time Dean of Gothenburg. He told her about his dream of establishing a boys' choir in Gothenburg a saw the perfect leader and conductor in Birgitta persson. With youthful enthusiasm she accepted this very special challenge and started the Gothenburg Cathedral Boys' Choir. Since the start the Choir has been busily engaged singing at services in the Cathedral and other churches. It has participated in radio and television broadcasts at home and abroad and has made 9 grammophone records. One of these gave the choir a golden-disc award.
