As said in the ordering information; we will not dispatch any CDs until we have confirmed payment with our provider!
For international postage we use a flat rate that is the equivalent of the sum of the local VAT. We do not charge any international postage, instead we do not deduct any local VAT, these sums tend to be (using weight based tariffs, which is the alternative, will make shipments more expensive).
