1. Ordering

Your order is definite only when you have received an order confirmation from us via e-mail, this confirmation is usually generated automatically through our web-shop. Be aware that e-mails of a suspicious nature, including hotmail and other web-based ventures will be treated with some hesitancy. You also need to have a regular mailing address (or PO box) for us to deliver to. All “Poste restante” or seemingly fake addresses will be screened and denied delivery!

Be aware; as tradition fares locally, none of our CD are shrink wrapped on delivery. If this is a problem for you then you might want to order our cd’s through one of our regular world wide distributors.

2. Price

Our prices include delivery (a flat rate that is the equivalent of the sum of the local VAT), but there will be a handling fee of 25 SKr on top of each order. All prices are shown in Swedish currency, and will be charged as such. For a current exchange rate, please use : XE.com's Universal Currency Converter.

3. Payment

Due to the current economical climate and the fact that our direct sales have declined dramatically we are no longer able to sustain credit card payment at our web-shop! We regret this fact, but are not able to sustain a system that generates less than its own costs! We will still be able to accept pro-forma orders prepaid to our IBAN-bank account!

In the case that You want to prepay Your order You can do so by transfering the amount equaling Your order to our account in Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB by using our IBAN number.

3. Delivery

Deliverance will take place only when we have confirmed payment with our provider. Dispatch will usually be with in 2 – 5 days, occasionally a little longer if we are in the field recording our next production. Please have patience. We only deliver with regular airmail.

5. Privacy

We do not; sell, trade or disclose customer addresses or information under any circumstance. Your privacy is essential to us!

You can edit and/or check your customer information by logging on to our web shop with the user id and password that you generated with your first order.
